Creepy Tree Creature

For this project I modeled a creepy creature in Blender using sculpting tools. I had two ideas for a creepy creature. The first concept I had was something that lurks in a dark forest, in which the creature could be a tree with eyes that was alive. The second concept I had was a mermaid with sharp fangs and scales. Eventually I combined the two concepts to create a creepy tree creature that emerges from the trees during the night.

This tree creature is made of wood and has sharp bark chips scaled all over its body. Its red eyes are probably the first - and perhaps last - thing you'll see when encountering this creature in the night.
